1. He wanted to be angry but really he just felt fucking stupid. Gerard was probably fucking sick of him at this point, at frank’s fucking neediness. Hell, Frank was sick of himself.
2.Pete hated him. Pete watched as Mikey tossed his cigarette onto the cement and shuffled close to frank. Frank opened his stupid mouth and Mikey grew closer. Pete was catching fire.
3.Gerard hated the way Mikey and Frank had a stupid connection, the one they’d worn on their sleeves since they were grubby little kids. The one Gerard had somehow missed out on. He had frank now, yeah, but Mikey had him for the rest of their lives.
4.Pete started spiraling freshman year and since then Patrick had been working overtime in the best friend department. He did a lot more to take care of his best friend than anybody could have asked him. Nobody needed to ask him, this was pete.

That is till his (almost) boyfriend reveals something that forces frank to cut him out of his life completely.

Now he's working a dead end job at the city library with a severe broke heart and a just as severe pill addiction while a serial killer christened 'The jersey executioner' runs rampant around him. The corpse was spotted in an alley between the Walgreens and the library.
