Summary
After being in and out of various hospitals and facilities, her mother frantically trying to find a cure for Sabitsuki's mystery illness, and moving around for years, Sabi has finally hit a point in her life where she can finally go to an average school. She's tentatively excited, up until the point where she bumps into an asshole who makes her late for her first day. An asshole with a shit-eating grin and an obnoxious personality that she can’t help but groan at the thought of. Yeah. She hates this guy already.
In other news, she met someone nice in the grade below her named Oreko who can relate to what she's going through, at least a little, so maybe it won't be so bad.

It's bright. Of course it is — it's midday, from what you can remember. The sun is warm on your face, like it's creasing you with love, and the whispers of trees intertwine with calm peeping of birds into a soft melody. The nearly darkless grass under you feels like a soft cushion, perfect spot for a nap. The entire picture is nearly worthy of a painting with all of this beauty packet in a single clearing, even with you lying in the middle of it.
It should be calming. Perhaps it was, once upon a time.

Summary
After breaking free of the loops, Siffrin is more than ready to move on and enjoy life again. They’re with their family—their friends—for another journey, one without the King’s Curse nipping at their heels, and everyone will be together for the foreseeable future. So Siffrin is fine. Great, even! The others don’t need to know that the aftermath of their experience in Dormont still hangs heavy as a noose around their neck.
They just need to get over it.
