He’s young, maybe even younger than him, with pale azure hair and deep red eyes, and is wearing a black hoodie and black jeans. And he's pale. Like, very pale. Whatever. Dabi rises to his feet, closing his sketchbook and holding out a hand.
"Dabi," he says, eyes wandering on the other's face. He's pretty, Dabi distantly notes, with almost delicate lineaments, but there's something strange about the skin of his lips and around his eyes. And on his neck, now that he can look a little more closely.

Summary
When Near solved the Kira case, he never once fooled himself into thinking that’d be the end of it. Shinigami could get bored anytime, drop their notebooks at any time. It’s highly likely Near would see another Kira by the end of his lifetime, however long that may be. If he were a romantic, Near would say the battle of Kira and L would become an event carrying on past lifetimes, written into the stars.
That was not an invitation for Light Yagami and L’s ghost to show up on his doorstep, though.
