Summary
Last year of college. Sherlock is a drug addict who frequently ends up in the Emergency Room. There, he meets John Watson, a surgeon. The only one who can save him from Moriarty.
His mouth is dry, his throat burns, and his eyes sting. But they only sting when he’s not there. Only when he’s gone.
In those moments, Sherlock lets his body shiver, lets himself cry… and then he imagines. He imagines the snow, its soft flakes falling to the ground
.The snow becomes him. It smells like him, looks like him, and even speaks like him.
It becomes John.
Maybe he misses him. Or maybe he just needs something—someone—from that other life.
But in the darkness of his cell, he always reaches out into the void and dreams of touching his fingers.

Summary
The final scene of the Abominable Bride, rewritten. I believe that there is a certain room in Sherlock's Victorian drugged dreams, in which him and John are together.
“Flying machines; these, er, telephone contraptions ... What sort of lunatic fantasy is that?"
“It was simply my conjecture of what a future world might look like, and how you and I might fit inside it.”
Watson nods, and Holmes stands up. “You and I, in such a world, perhaps we would not be so misplaced. So... queer. Maybe we would belong, us. Might I even say we could be accepted.” With a long stride he eliminates the distance between the two armchairs.

Summary
John once said that if Sherlock ever felt the need to use drugs, he could call him. Sherlock never imagined he’d actually do it—until Victor Trevor’s years-too-late funeral leaves him reeling. For the first time, Sherlock reaches out, and John is there to help him navigate the memories, cravings, and emotions he can no longer ignore. In the aftermath, Sherlock begins to realize that asking for help might be the first step toward something he never thought possible: A future built on connection, trust, and love.
