There’s a toddler a few feet away from the crowd, sitting on what almost looks like a toy skateboard and resolutely buckling and unbuckling velcro sneakers. He’s obviously gone unnoticed by the other skaters and he looks unbothered by that fact, but Kojiro doesn’t find that particularly soothing.
