Summary
Inspired by Bridgerton but set in the modern Wizarding world: Meet Draco the rake-o. Fresh off a decade of house arrest, he’s ready to sow his seeds before he runs out of time; the Ministry of Magic, worried about stagnating Wizarding population growth, has passed a marriage law. The Ministry “marriage mart”—six formal balls over six weeks—will culminate in (mandated) holy matrimony for all magical young adults, ruining Draco’s best-laid plans of, well, getting laid. But when he keeps running into Hermione Granger at the balls, he can’t help but wonder: Why does she seem so unconcerned about her impending forced nuptials? And why can’t he stop thinking about her?
