Summary
Elphaba casts one last desperate spell in the tallest tower of Emerald City, determined to defy her fate, and the timeline shatters into pieces. After Ch 1, each chapter will showcase one timeline - one way things could have gone differently.
Glinda gets on the broom.
Elphaba lets Glinda take her back to the Wizard to apologize - because everyone knows the best way to take down a tower is from the inside.
The hot air balloon makes it out.
Glinda convinces Elphaba to marry her for diplomatic immunity and takes her back to the Upland estate for safety.
Hey, I didn't say every AU would be equal in seriousness. ;)
Each chapter will act as a one-shot of its AU, but knowing me I'll likely make some their own fics later.
