A lovely treat of a universe that I tripped into by accident, worthy of bookmarking before completion. Definitely subscribing for more.
My favorite:
“You have a rare talent for pissing off entire taverns in ten seconds flat, . . . It’s impressive."No familiarity with Assassins Creed required. Author handles internal character dialog deftly, providing uninitiated readers with sufficient understanding. Background knowledge of the winter soldier trope adds depth. Readers new to MDZS may find themselves needing more background (may find themselves chasing a new fandom rabbit hole 😉).
