Todoroki’s eyes widened slightly. "If you"re not a Sub, then this shouldn"t affect you, right?" His gaze locked on Bakugo"s face, and he lowered his voice before using a Directive command. “Kneel."
Bakugo’s legs folded underneath him before he could even think, his knees hitting the floor with a soft thud.
Shame burned through him as he knelt there, unable to move, unable to disobey.
Todoroki sucked in a sharp breath. “What the fuck?” he whispered.
Bakugo couldn"t speak.
“Why did you have to put yourself in danger like this?” Todoroki demanded, his voice rising with anger and fear. “This mission is too dangerous for a Sub. You could have gotten hurt."
Bakugo stared at him. He’d expected Todoroki to get angry, maybe to yell or storm out. But this fierce concern, it was so far from what Bakugo had imagined.
Todoroki shook his head. “And you shouldn’t have been able to obey my Directives like that,” he murmured.
“My suppressants haven’t been working right since the beginning of the mission,” Bakugo admitted quietly.
Todoroki was silent for a long time, his brow furrowed in thought. “Or maybe… it’s because you’re supposed to be my Sub after all.”

Summary
A collection of works inspired by the Scottish lore of the Cu Sith. The Cu Sith is comparable to a banshee or grim reaper who appears to warn of death or to guide a soul to the afterworld. Most often, it will appear as a dog (that stands at the size of a bull) with a shaggy green coat and black or red eyes. Zoro is far more than mortal, half Cu Sith and desperate to keep his nakama safe while trying to sort out his ridiculous trust issues. Because our beloved swordsman has avoided death too many times to not be on good terms with a grim reaper of some sort.
