Meguru stuck his tongue out at him. “I'm merely appreciating the beauty of nature,” he protested. “I was making sure none of you were missing out on the— Oh! A café! It’s so pretty!”
“You just proved my point,” Chigiri said raising his eyebrows at him, unimpressed. “Also, it’s called Lovers’ Café. You should go there with Isagi.”
Isagi promptly started choking on air.

He could roll with the worse of them, could stare down the strangest things anyone could come up with.
He was all-around pretty chill, alright? He was reasonable.
When Lance found himself rattled regarding an Annoyingly Grizzled Older Keith Kogane, he listened to the uneasiness in his chest.
It took him a while to parse out what exactly was setting the alarms off in his head.
Sure, it had been a weird deca-phoeb for them.
But Keith left for the Blades and came back different.
And Lance had a couple Big Problems with that.

When Lance noticed that Keith has begun to act uninterested in his normal antics, he does just about everything he can think of to get a reaction. Chaos and an understandable amount of angst comes from the miscommunication that follows.
