Summary
The only thing that could fix the disaster of Miss Amelia Watson's first London season is a large and tempting dowry that can only be obtained through a visit to her wealthy, distant uncle in New York--a task she has well enough in hand despite her reluctance to actually be married. Yearning for some kind of unnamed freedom, trouble topples straight into her life and straight into her arms in the form of a roguish, foul-mouthed boxer whose promise to show her the "real" New York sets her soul alight and threatens to shatter her heart.

Summary
Theseus led him to the large poster bed, heavy curtains hanging. With a flutter of his hand, Theseus opened them and stepped aside for Percival to get a look.
Newton Scamander was indeed a beauty.
Percival’s gaze drank him in, taking every fine inch of him, pale creamy skin with soft freckles. Copper hair framing an exquisite face, full plush lips and long dark eyelashes. The boy, barely twenty, slept on as Percival inspected him.
“May I?” Percival asked and Theseus nodded easily.

Summary
The months seem to go by so fast, no one bringing up his missing wife. The children adjust to their new minder and decide they adored Newt. Percival sometimes thinks of blood on stone but he moves on and the thoughts come less.
Kissing Newt feels divine. Beyond lust alone, something profound.
Percival can’t help but be gentle, careful as he tastes Newt. He’s trembling against Percival, seeming so darling. When he pulls back a bit, Newt opens his eyes slowly, blinking tears as he looks down at Percival in the dark light.
“What do you remember?”
“Enough,” Percival admits.
