    Summary

The deal? Bill gets to live out a specific amount of time only known to the Axolotl (described as the time needed for him to be ready for rehabilitation, which good luck with that because he is living forever in that case) as a fleshy semi-human. Sounds pretty good so far. He gets some basic powers like fire, healing, levitation, ect.

And in exchange he has to be Stanford Pines' Personal Guardian "Angel".

It would have been a particularly cruel joke if the Axolotl hadn't looked so serious with its adorable puppy dog-esque mouth. Strange paw-hand pushed up near its approximation of a temple in a grimace while it waited for Bill to stop laughing.

"This is your last chance, Bill. I'll give you time to think about it." And then it was gone.

This is how you write vampire Ford. Also the monster fuckers are monster FUCKING LETS GOOOOO. Chapter two says HOLD MY DRINK. I’m HOWLING. Incredible 10/10. Ford Pines WOULD accidentally become a vampire and start reluctantly using Bill as his easy squeeze

    Summary

Ford hated to say he was struggling to keep up the pace on the portal, but he was. Between working himself to exhaustion and reckoning with unresolved post-karaoke night feelings, how could anyone expect him to focus on writing equations? Noticing his distraction, his enigmatic muse offers to help him out, but Bill only does favors for humans if he knows he’s going to get something out of it as well.

Or: Ford wants to be studied like a scientific experiment, Bill wants to be worshipped like a god.

    Summary

Bill was rarely offended when Ford misspoke or tripped over some silly social faux pas that made little logical sense. So what if Bill lacked a dimension here and there? He had far more depth than any person Ford had ever met. And his only interest was pushing their work to new, heretofore unattainable heights.

He served as Ford’s shadow, his mirror, his other half, and for that he was endlessly grateful.

Local man gets bitten by Batsquatch, shares a gay awakening with his interdimensional muse.
