Sebastian wasn’t jealous of Joseph and Nicholas.He wasn’t jealous of the way the two of them naturally gravitated towards each other. How Joseph’s arm always seemed to find Nicholas’ waist. How Nicholas twirled Joseph’s curls in his fingers absentmindedly as he read a book and Joseph sketched something in his journal. How Joseph hugged Nicholas from behind as the latter cooked, just plastered himself to Nicholas back and whispered intimacies into his ear. How Nicholas leaned his head against Joseph’s shoulder when he was tired, falling asleep as Joseph read him a story.
No, it wasn’t jealousy Sebastian felt when he watched them.
It was yearning.
“So, do you want to fuck Nicholas?” Joseph asked him nonchalantly as he swirled his scotch, looking at the bottom of his glass. Sebastian choked on his and spilled his drink over his chest, coughing.
The outcome wasn't what any of them expected.

“Because um…” Chris looked down and took a deep breath, trying to find the courage to tell Street a truth she had hidden for a long time, even from herself. The deep breath steadied her enough that she could look Street in the eyes and voice those words she needed him so desperately to hear. “Because I love you.”
There was a silence between for a few seconds that felt like hours to Chris before Street finally spoke. “I cancelled my date an hour ago.”
