Using a scroll he found during a mission, a power-hungry 12-year-old Sasuke utilizes it with the intention to bring his future self into the past and have him help him defeat Itachi. As promised, the scroll gives him what he wants... except it summons not one, but two versions of his future; his 17 and 32-year-old selves that, to his dismay, want the opposite.
(Or, how Old Man Sasuke changes the plot by being an awkward dad, Teenage Sasuke coping with his horrifying trauma, and Kid Sasuke realizing that he's more thankful for his friends than he ever wanted to be.)
