Sebastian straight up snorts at him, followed by a cackling disbelieving laugh that sets Lewis right on edge.

“So you’re not straight either?” Sebastian asks him as blunt as ever.

Most of the time Sebastian is barely indistinguishable from the people in the town- sure, he doesn’t age, when he’s sad it wont stop raining, and he sometimes walks into the ocean and doesn’t return for a week on end- but once a century, he gives them a reason for their fear.
It's just a shame that this time it happens to coincide with the arrival of Lewis.
