This one is the one I love. I cry every time I read it and every time I hear Dire Straits sing this song. I have loved this song since the first time I ever heard on MTV about twenty something years ago. I’m not sure if the story fit the song or the song fit the story. This is more movie verse than book verse and I even bent that a little.
