Summary
Yuuga thought that he was free, now that AFO has been defeated, now that he’s served his time in the Villain Rehabilitation Program, now that he’s recognised as a D-List Hero in his own right.
All Might, however, quickly disabuses him of that notion.
Instead of the freedom he’s craved for over fifteen years, since AFO first touched him, Yuuga simply switches abusers. He’s so used to it, thinks he deserves it, that he does absolutely everything Yagi tells him to. He simply doesn’t know how to do anything else.

Summary
Julian doesn't think about it much these days. Why should he, when it's been so long?
But when he does, if he does, well—he considers it part and parcel of Garak, that's all. Disconcerting at first, a little invasive. Awfully close to a line but not quite crossing it, and leaving Julian with absolutely no idea what he's meant to do in response. Garak in microcosm, summarized in a single unexpected gesture.
(Or: Julian has always thought Garak just had a weird little habit. Until another Cardassian does the same thing to him, and seems to imbue the gesture with a meaning Julian really had not anticipated.)
