Summary
He knows his name, Uzumaki Naruto, but what does it mean? Where does Uzumaki come from? Is that really even his name? It can’t be a standard name they give orphans, because even when he still stayed in the orphanage, he was the only one with that name. Plenty of kids had no last name at all, which makes it more believable that Uzumaki is his real family name.
But what does that mean? Who are the Uzumaki? Is he the only one left? How can he find out? Were his family shinobi? Merchants? Regular civilians?
He is determined to find out.

And it kind of spirals from there in ways he never could have imagined. Who knew that posing a simple question would change his life zo dramatically?

Summary
Jinchuuriki identity is supposed to be hidden… but it was not. They were always hated and ostracized by their fellow villagers, treated as if they were demons itself.
Meanwhile ninjas are allowed to have a ninja companion like dogs, cats, wolves, toads etc. But not all of the ninjas had ever bothered to deal with the stubborn creatures, like bijuu.
So Naruto thought. “I want Kyuubi to be my companion!”
Naruto managed to weaken the seal slightly while he was at the Land of Waves. He learned that he can summon Kyuubi outside of his body, so he did it, and now Kurama is going to follow him around as a bijuu companion!!!
This is rather a partnership/friendship between Naruto and Kurama, than parenthood. And Naruto takes his fox literally everywhere he wants, as a chaperone. Kurama has anger issues, but he is neither outright good nor evil, because he is a caged fox. (but not anymore)

Summary
Basically a canon rewrite where Kakashi decides to actually teach team 7 properly after deciding that he didn’t want to see the team fall apart just as his genin team did, especially since he sees his old teammates in his new students (brats) in more ways than one
I rated this as teenage audiences and up, just due to canon typical violence, (hopefully accurate) descriptions of mental illness (I’ll put a warning in the notes when it appears) and probably swearing and such. As the story is currently in the time period of part 1 (and also because I’m uncomfortable writing it) there won’t be any smut either
