Summary
After losing their powers, Klaus and his siblings are forced to join back into normal society for the first time. Klaus manages to stay (almost) fully sober and lives life without the burden of his power. Sure his mortality scared him to pieces for a while but he's been getting better. That was before that knock at his door sucked him back into the worst years of his life. Was he really going to go back to the way things were?
No. No more hurt, no more pain, no more loss, it was too much for him to relive.

Summary
Cash has been doing so well. He's free of Chook and his old life, finishing school, and living with the love of his life, what more could he want? He's been doing so well, right? Sure he been going out less and less, and sure he's been a bit paranoid when he does leave the house, but that's nothing to worry about, right? It's just him getting used to not having the 'protection' of his old friends anymore, he knows that his friends are there for him, right?
(or Cash tries to end his life and is found by his friends, after he wakes up in the hospital, he finds someone he never wanted to see again worried sick over him. He's soon forced to confront some overwhelming feelings.)

Klaus, upon appearing in 1960, had promptly learned three things.
The first was that ghosts can time travel. The second: Ben's not the only ghostie who can cling on for a ride.
And the third? The third thing that Klaus had learned in 1963, he had discovered a month after landing, and rediscovered every day since. He had learned that ghosts, if they're motivated enough, can invade his body and make their home there. And they never leave.
