It turns out that Ray is starting late, too, and they end up catching up! What is there to look forward to in life, if not someone to shop for vintage clothes and vinyl records with? Summary
“Hi, I’m Frank Iero. 168 centimeters. Reading for the role of Charlie.”
The men sat before Frank on a black leather couch, tired and bored and ready to get home after hearing the same lines for the millionth time. The empty cups of coffee on the table in front of them, coupled with the studio assistants beginning to pack up equipment, had Frank worried.
“Hi Frank, I’m Ray. This is our editor, Gerard.” The taller looking man had said, pointing to the figure beside him. “We will be guiding you through your audition, so, please turn to page three.”
Frank dropped his bag on the ground and thumbed to the page as instructed. His fingers carded through the pages of the script, landing on the page. Frank’s eyebrows shot up, yet he tried to be subtle about his surprise. It was that scene. The gay scene.
