“Wait, is this about you? Are you in trouble at school?” Carson eyed Ace worriedly.
“No, it’s hypothetical. What if you were a teacher, and your student didn’t want to ask for help?”
“You sure this isn’t about you, Ace? You can tell us - you can tell me, anyway. I won’t judge you for tanking your grades.” Ryan glanced at Carson, his eyebrows raised.
“No, really, it’s not me, it’s a game. Now, you can tell your student is struggling, but every time you ask how you can help, they tell you they’re fine.”
While Ace is on his first mid-semester Fall break, he and the Dads take a road trip to visit Nancy as she’s searching for another Sin Eater.
