There were a lot of things that were different about Balmerans, starting with their bodies. They weren't soft and squishy like humans (well, some humans...). Instead they were firm and solid and their skin was a bit rough in places. Hunk wasn't sure at first whether they would fit together, or how things would work, so he told her as much.
