Originally posted on FF.net. I was feeling epic - I mean nostaligic - and decided to rewrite and repost here. Original storyline intact, just some beautification. The girls come up with a plan to send Caroline back in time to kill Klaus before he ever arrives in Mystic Falls. But it turns out their plan won't be as simple as they thought. Especially when Caroline gets stuck in the past & only has Klaus to rely on.

Bucky escaped HYDRA, Steve found him, and moved him to New York, hoping his former self would return. It's going to be a long road, regaining his emotions, and his ability to feel human. Luckily, there's a snarky brunette, who may or may not be the very thing he needs to find himself again.
Started as a series of one shots, but became a full on fic. Cameos by different Marvel characters. Yes, I've probably screwed up some actual canon details and just diverged into my own canon. Roll with it, y'all!
