Tonight, Felicity had enough. She had come in, into this creepy, smelly awful place, careful not to touch anything with her bare hands and sat in her slightly dinged desk chair. On the way down she'd tripped twice, got her heel stuck in a hole the size of Texas and screamed 3 times because there was a giant, mutated rat following her. Every time she came here, all she wanted to do afterwards is get a tetanus shot and wondered if S.T.A.R Labs could make a cure for the plague. She was so over this, it wasn't even funny anymore.

Summary
Tiny arms fly up, fingers clenching and unclenching in the universal sign of grabby hands. A quiet wave of warmhearted chatter spills from the various executives around the room, and even Moira can’t stifle the soft laughter that bubbles in her chest at Oliver’s deeply perplexed stare.
“Up.”
“I don -,”
“Up.”
“Okay.”
And then Oliver has a toddler propped up in his left arm and a baby held securely in the other and it’s a strange sight, Moira supposes, because this meeting was supposed to be about confirming designs for new military grade surveillance technology but instead, she’s watching her son have a staring contest with a four year old.
(Or, Oliver has to call Felicity in on her day off because there's an important meeting lined up and everyone at QC is unabashedly terrible with technology. With a gaggle of investors, executives, and one Moira Queen waiting around, it's the CEO and his Executive Assistant who become the stars of the show when Felicity strolls into the office and all but dumps two small children into Oliver's arms).
