Will Graham is...not exactly a Good Kisser. He's not a Bad Kisser, but he could definitely benefit from some lessons.
And Hannibal is good at just about everything, so why would this be any exception?

Summary
A grin broke across Albert’s face. “You sir, continue to surprise me.”
Arthur chuckled, more from embarrassment than anything. “Sorry.”
“Don’t be.” He touched the flower in his hair with two fingertips and smiled, embarrassed. “I very much appreciate the gesture.”
Arthur took another drink, the scotch burning his throat pleasantly as it went down. He lowered the bottle and sighed. “Don’t wanna presume myself here Mr. Mason, but... Do you have uhh, a woman? Where you live?”
Albert snorted at that. “Me? Gracious no, I don’t-- well, let’s just say I bark up a different tree, Mr. Morgan,” he chuckled, placing a hand on his chest.
Arthur’s face went beet red, and he looked at his hands for a long moment. “...And if that tree were to bark back..?”//In which Arthur picks some flowers (among other things).
