Summary
When All for One learned that the process of Nomu creation would be slow, he allowed Dr. Garaki free reign of experimentation in order to create the perfect specimen. His work with corpses were all well and good, but he wanted to create a Nomu from a living being. So, learning that the quirk factors of children were more... pliable, he nabbed as many as he could get his hands on and then subjected them to several experiments. Once he perfected the technique, he started injecting the quirks of active pro-heroes into his subjects, thanks to DNA gathered at Jaku General Hospital.
Unfortunately for him, one of them was too smart for his own good.

Summary
The PLF has all but won. All Might is in a coma, unable to pass on OfA. The HPSC is in shambles. The hero schools have defected, fallen, or barely held on. The remaining people and top heroes are scrambling for a miracle.
Then, Izuku Midoriya, the S-Rank Villain: Chessmaster, comes to them with a proposition. He can destroy the PLF with relative ease. But he needs them to do the unthinkable: activate a failsafe the Japanese Government has been developing against AfO in secret. If it works, the PLF will fall within months, if not weeks. If it doesn't, they'll have made an already abysmal situation worse.
Still, what do they have to lose?

Summary
