“Sim Jaeyun, you are to join in hand and heart with one Lee Heeseung on the first day of July, to align families and lands for generations to come,” his father reads from the paper, and Jake’s heart feels like it’s rising in his throat, feels like it’s going to burst out of his mouth and splatter over his mother’s pristine emerald shoes. He swallows so hard that it hurts.
“Who?” he asks.
Or: Never-been-touched Jake has dreamt of his marriage since before he could walk, but Heeseung is someone beyond even all of his wildest imaginings.

“I need help with…intimate matters,” Yonghyun mumbles, his cheeks flushing. “And I was wondering if you could lend me some advice.”
For a moment there is nothing; a silence so absolute that Yonghyun almost thinks they got disconnected. Then there is a faint clicking sound – the switchboard operator trying to be inconspicuous, he suspects, followed by a loud coughing fit from Seon-oh.
“W-what?”
Or; Yonghyun needs some advice to ensure it"s not painful the next time he and Sho sleep together. Seon-oh is happy to help, and Sho is as confused and delighted as ever.

Summary
His first instinct is to call Jake, but Jake’s phone goes straight to voicemail. Then he tries Heeseung, but his phone starts vibrating on the coffee table and the noise seems to alert the children of Riki’s presence. They both stop their shouting and turn towards the doorway, and there’s something about their piercing gazes and pudgy faces that seem…familiar.
“Riki!” the one of them shouts, his voice high pitched and colored with barely suppressed giggles. “Look what Jake did!”
“I didn’t do anything,” the other snaps. “You measured wrong!”
“You meathured wrong,” Heeseung mimics, leaning hard on Jake’s lisp which has become even more pronounced now that he’s a child. Because that’s what’s happening, Riki realizes. His boyfriends have somehow managed to turn themselves into children.
Or: Riki just wants to get his boyfriends back to their normal size, but they are making it incredibly difficult.

“Heeseung,” he’d whispered, unable to get his voice any louder. “Let’s buy a house.”

"So," Sunoo says, slamming his hands on his notebook to officially call the meeting to order. "Jake is pregnant."
Jake resists slapping his hand to his head. Sunoo is the PR wizard, sure, that"s why he"s Jake"s manager, but sometimes he"s too direct. Jake really thought they"d spend at least five minutes trading pleasantries, five more minutes for him to prepare. Instead he"s left feeling as shocked as Heeseung and Jungwon look.
"Excuse me?" Jungwon says at the same time Heeseung growls out an undignified "What?"
Or: Heeseung and Jake have been rivals for a decade, but when their heat/rut strike as they"re hosting a music awards show, they find themselves navigating their past and their future...a future with a pup.

Feng Xin glances to his right, sizing up the other"s reactions.
Mu Qing hasn’t properly smiled in years. Feng Xin bites his cheek — instead of punching Mu Qing in the face the way he wants to — turns back to the front, and thinks fuck it.
Every skater is replaceable. Retirement always looms. But pissing Mu Qing off? That’s forever.
“I think,” Feng Xin says, leaning closer to the microphone in front of him with a wide smile, “they should ban Mu Qing next.”

Sometimes, Feng Xin still says the wrong thing, Mu Qing still has trouble letting go, and Xie Lian wonders if it ever could have been different.

Their intertwined hands were forgotten in between them as Feng Xin just finds himself blinking at him, a little confused as to how why they were in this position.
Not that he was complaining.
He opens his mouth- he thought to ask about what the fuck was going on- but all that comes out is: “Fuck, uh, are you comfy?”
