Summary
Cole Cassidy is a lifeguard at a popular beach in a tourist heavy town. Baptiste works for the same company, except he runs one of the many bars littered down the long stretch of beach. While Cole's been there for quite a while, Baptiste has only worked there for six months.
For those six months, Cole has been crushing hard. He spends his breaks hanging around the bar, teasing and bothering Baptiste, who doesn't mind one bit. Cole tries new menu drinks for him, and in return he gets Baptiste's undivided attention.
Eventually, his coworkers have had enough of dealing with a moody Cole with boy issues. While Angela tries to push gently, Fareeha takes it a step farther.
“I’ll bet you can’t score a date with Baptiste by Monday. That gives you today, tomorrow, and until the end of your shift Monday night, 8 PM.” She raised her brow. “If you do, I’ll buy you lunch for a whole week. Whatever you want.”
Cole laughed, pushing his hat up from his face. Rays of sun warmed his freckled cheeks. “Careful, Amari. I can eat.”

Summary
Overwatch is in a good state, in a newly built base somewhere unknown. Those who've formally joined have a room on base, but members are able to come and go as they please unless needed. Friends and relationships form throughout the base. Everyone is happy, except Baptiste.
Cole often took trips away from base. This one, however, is much longer than Baptiste is used to. He misses him, and feels like he didn't get the chance to tell him how he really felt before he left. He takes a flight out to Texas where he knows Cassidy is currently, crashing with him and hoping to find the right time to tell him: He's in love with him.

Summary
No one knows John’s home. He’s only home for the evening at all because the 141 ended up at the barracks outside of London and he figured he should check in on the place.
So…not quite no one knows where he is, then. But after how their last conversation ended, he’s fairly certain it’s not Kyle ringing his doorbell. John throws back the rest of his last beer, rises from his desk, and gets the door.
