And Kuni can’t deny that he’s a good husband; always taking care of Kuni, always fussing over him when the weather is cold because he knows he isn’t used to Snezhnaya’s winters, and always ensuring he has enough to eat. There are times when he will run his hand down Kuni’s back or caress his cheek in a display of intimacy that would fool anyone into believing he’s really in love with him.

“Well, I did come here to see you, but…” Childe pauses and sighs, he can’t seem to find the right words. The fact of the matter is, he’s been acting inappropriately, and there just isn’t any way to sugarcoat that. “I thought better of it. I was gonna leave, but I got hurt and I just—I had nowhere else to go.”

“Someone’s always looking.” Signora readjusts her eye mask and lays back down in bed, completely unbothered by Scaramouche’s life falling apart in front of her.
Scaramouche needs a roommate. Not a friend, certainly not a boyfriend, just a person to fill his empty room.
He is not prepared for a musical prodigy with things he’d rather keep hidden to come crashing into his life and taking up far more space than just the room. Just his fucking luck.
