Summary
“This is actually a much better outcome, wouldn’t you say?”
Oliver glanced back at Flint. It took him a moment to catch up. “What, me being in football as well instead of some random bloke?”
“Exactly,” Flint sat up, and all of a sudden they were closer. “You‘d gain nothing from outing me to the tabloids, because it‘d ruin you, too.”
-
Or: The one where Oliver Wood is the perpetually-on-loan reserve goalie for Manchester United, Marcus Flint is Manchester City's million-pound golden boy and they somehow meet over Grindr. It's football, shagging and six years of pining.

Summary
Oliver glanced between Marcus Flint and his infant son several times. Then he plucked Reggie from Flint’s lap, simple as that, holding the baby under his armpits. He probably weighed as much as a bludger. A little fist came down and smacked him on the bridge of his nose.
“Stop this violence at once,” Oliver said, mock-serious.
*
In which Marcus Flint crash-lands into parenthood, and – against all expectations – Oliver Wood does, too.
Or: Learning how to tie nappies, shagging up against the sink, magical long-distance travel and the bigotry of post-war Wizarding Britain.

Summary
Grantaire, who seemed to be his polar opposite in many aspects of life, was often target of this scorn.
The fact that he was an Omega didn’t help one bit, it only served to strengthen Enjolras’ resolution in disliking him. He would sooner chew off his own foot than offer the paternalistic courtesy afforded to Omegas traditionally, or the sick fascination reserved for rare male ones.

Summary
Marcus looked down at the wizard, still twitching pitifully on the ground, snot and tears streaking across his wrinkled face. He was moving his mouth, thick tongue and all, begging for mercy.
“Crucio.”
*
In which, against all odds, Marcus Flint and Oliver Wood end up fighting on the same side.
Or: Pining, a drawn-out war, misunderstandings, a botched pure-blood wedding and a host of (necessary) secrets to keep.

Summary
The one where Sakuragi struggles to make rent and then struggles some more to hide his pesky little secret. Meanwhile, Rukawa realizes that he has feelings and that class differences are real. Also, neoliberalism is killing Japan.

Love and basketball in the early 90s, with a side of A/B/O.

Summary
They’re in Delray Beach, Florida in February of 2011 when Patrick talks to Art for the first time in three years.
“My doubles partner sprained his ankle,” is what he says, standing in the tunnel to the locker rooms, feet bare in slides and hands twisted up in the hem of his t-shirt. “I was hoping you could tap in.”

I‘m dying of the hotness of it all, it is just like Contrapoints said, predator and prey, the rush of the kill, the proximity between death and pleasure, it all makes sense when I read utterly brilliant, mind-bendingly hot stuff like this.

My comment on part 9:
"It's me again, the weirdo obsessively reading your series years after publication! I just wanted to let you know that you are a brilliant writer, that you weave in the politics and the identity of them, the ups and downs, the very digusting-to-read cringe-worthy low points, the love and the happiness, you just slot it against one another so neatly, and out comes a beautiful, beautiful picture that's rich in details, yet so simple and elegant and it's FUCKING AMAZING, alright? I will take a moment and then bookmark the entire series, that is how shaken up I am by your writing."
