    James Potter is a completely normal student, living in London, going to school and spending time with his friends. Except he's not really all that normal because when he's not doing things a boy his age does, he's swinging through the city, protecting those who can't do it themselves and fighting those who want to take advantage of the weak. But, as you might've already guessed, living two completely separate lives without anyone noticing is not easy. Especially not if there are annoying things like slowly falling for your best friend's younger brother while an evil terrorist organisation plans to destroy the world as you know it.

    Dabi stilled entirely. He’d asked a rhetorical question, he hadn’t thought that would warrant a response. But from the way Hawks went pale as a ghost, he clearly hadn’t meant to say that.
    "They what?"

    Or: The Commission orders Hawks to use a honeytrap technique on Dabi, Dabi finds out and is not happy. Of course, it would’ve been nice to know before he accidentally drugged the Hero with a truth quirk.

    (This would be a lot easier if their captives weren’t convinced everyone they talk to is dead. It would also be easier if they didn’t spend half their bloody time bickering.)

    “Just ask them questions only they would know the answer to,” Malfoy suggests.

    “There’s not a single thing that I know about either of them from the first war that any old Death Eater couldn’t find out.”

    “How is that possible?” Malfoy huffs. “He’s your father!”

    “Am I or am I not famously an orphan?” Potter snarls.
