Summary
When she and Astarion got caught sneaking around the House of Hope by the incubus Haarlep, Tav agreed to a deal with the devil in order to avoid an unnecessary fight. However, she didn't know all the terms of the deal until after she made it, but she was sure she could endure the sensations of Haarlep using her body as long as Astarion was there to help her through.

He was at a loss for words, idle assurances seeming too little for the situation. The two of them fell into near silence as he moved to pick up Tav’s clothes, consciously making noise as he moved so she knew where he was despite her eyes being trained on the bedding in front of her. He didn’t know how long Tav would need after that ordeal, so he reached out with the tadpole, assuring Karlach and Shadowheart that they’re safe, and giving an excuse to buy some time.
But, Astarion needed to say SOMETHING to Tav. “Darling, it’s okay,” Astarion assured. It definitely wasn’t okay. He placed her clothes in a neat pile on the bed in her line of sight. “You got the key, the location of the safe. And nobody had to fight.” He would’ve rather fought.

Summary
Astarion had to stand back and watch while the one person he cared about had to fight a one-on-one duel against a psychopath. Whisper had a shortsword, a knife, a crossbow, and her Roguish tricks, while Orin - Daddy’s little favorite - transformed into a large grotesque monster that seemed specially designed to kill.
Whisper didn’t stand a chance.
The half-elf was knocked down by a powerful swipe of Orin’s claw, and then it was all over. Astarion shouted Whisper’s name. He was pretty sure he heard others do the same, but all he could do was stare and shout as the monster clawed into Whisper over and over again, not letting up until the other Bhaalspawn stopped moving altogether.
*****
An alternate-universe take on if the Dark Urge fell in their fight with Orin, and nobody was able to revive them.
Not part of my main continuity of Whisper fics, part of an alternate timeline that deviates from cannon that I may expand on.

Summary
The Absolute has been defeated, the tadpoles destroyed, and Whisper cured of her Urges. She and Astarion SHOULD be able to finally relax and figure out where they want to go from here. Except, nightmares and flashbacks continue to plague Whisper, making her wonder if she truly is free of Bhaal's influence. And when the remnants of the Bhaal cult start hunting her down, it becomes clear that the god of murder won't just let her live her life. Gods are petty, and they don't like to lose what they believe belongs to them. At least she has Astarion to help her stay out of Bhaal's grasp.
Part of a series of fics featuring the Half-elf Rogue Dark Urge, Whisper, though this can be read on its own.

Summary
Astarion's journey from seducing the troubled leader of an eclectic group of adventurers for his own safety to genuinely falling for her to beginning to heal from his two centuries of abuse.
Part of a series of fics involving Astarion and the Half-elf Rogue Dark Urge, Whisper. Should be fine to read as a stand-alone, though some things mentioned will have been elaborated on in the previous fic in this series.
*****
He’d already had Whisper in his sights as someone he could manipulate for his safety. Stay on her good side, and she’ll defend him from the rest of the party, and hopefully he won’t end up like Alfira.
But now Cazador was an active threat. If Whisper thought that it was too risky for the party to be on the radar of a powerful vampire lord, she might still turn him in herself.
Time to move his plan forward. Make her fall for him, so she’d be even more motivated to protect him. Should be easy, he felt the flutter of her heartbeat when he first fed on her, he saw how she looks at him.
He formulated what he was going to say. Picking out which lines and techniques of his 200 years of seduction practice would be the best to use on the enigmatic group leader.

Summary
Astarion's journey learning about and falling in love with the party's enigmatic leader through five nights he found her unable to sleep, and one night he managed to get her to rest. Closely follows the Dark Urge storyline from the game, with additional "missing" scenes throughout.

Astarion frowned. Something didn’t add up here. She was doing everything she could - despite his protests - to SAVE both the tieflings and the druids in the grove. Why would she murder an innocent tiefling in cold blood? Astarion was no stranger to bloodlust and he knew that Whisper had a LOT of it, perhaps more than she let on.
He contemplated approaching her with questions, but he had no idea if she’d run, scream and wake the camp, or turn HIM into another corpse decorating the camp, and he’d rather not risk it.
So, Astarion instead retreated to his tent, deciding to wait until morning and see what Whisper would do then, when everyone was awake and looking for answers.
