Summary
Following their conversation at the end of Man In Glass part 2, Juno stays over in Nureyev's room but can't seem to get to sleep. His brain won't just shut up and leave him alone, things are still so uncertain between him and the thief asleep beside him... and the Carte Blanche is nothing like sleeping in neon-drenched, noisy Hyperion City.

Summary
Peter Nureyev has always felt too much.
First rule of thieving: keep your feelings in check. Don’t ever let them control you.
Mag scolds him when he gets too emotional. A certain amount of rage is useful, Pete. A certain amount of sadness can drive us forward and inspire us to fight. If you let it overwhelm you, however, you stop thinking clearly. You risk endangering yourself and the cause.
Peter has been trying very hard to listen to him, because he knows Mag is right. He usually is.
It gets hard, sometimes, though.

Summary
Nerves before a big heist are normal, but Nureyev’s never felt this achy and uneasy for so long of a time. It’s only to be expected, he supposes: everything is closing in on him now. Of course it hangs heavy on his shoulders. He anticipated the mental turmoil, but what he didn’t anticipate is…whatever the hell he’s feeling now.
It has to be unrelated, doesn’t it?
