Lexi doesn’t think there was any one thing that caused the shift. The seven year itch wasn’t a thing and there was no cliche to easily write off the fractures in their relationship. It seemed more like a culmination of Fezco’s unacknowledged issues making themselves known. Seven years in, the bad began to outweigh the good, and Lexi couldn’t do it any longer.
