Link sets his bowl down beside him and looks over at Sidon. He’s still eating, taking small, polite bites of fish and rice, focused on the bowl in his hand. His golden eyes, half-open, seem to glow softly with an otherworldly light. For a moment, the only sound Link can hear is the soft swishing of Sidon’s legs in the water. He wishes he could bask in this quiet contentment forever.
