    Minutes after Izuku had fallen to his death, after he had finally met his peace with the darkness, something happened.

    There was a bright flash of light that only lasted a second behind his eyes, and Izuku awoke with a sharp gasp.

    Yet, something was different. A ring of gold now surrounding the pupil of his emerald eyes.

    Or!

    The basic 'Izuku gets an immortality quirk' and such but my take on it! Aizawa ends up finding this little child and says 'mine' while also trying to figure out what the fuck is going on. I don't really know whats going on honestly-

    “I don't think so.” Shigaraki says, the villain's eyes glowing ominously. “C'mon, Sensei wants to meet you.”

    Izuku doesn't get the chance to respond properly before the world disappears beneath him once again in the purple mist of Kurogiri’s quirk.

    When his surroundings come back to him, it's an entirely new setting. A sickeningly familiar one.

    His eyes scan his surroundings before finally landing on his father's desk, one that he only ever remembers being empty. His mother never touched it, much less daring to enter the room with his father.

    The desk was no longer empty. No, in the chair sat a frighteningly familiar figure, one that All Might had warned Izuku about ever since discovering that he was still alive.

    All for One was staring (or as much as someone can stare without eyes) at Izuku from the chair, a horrible grin on his face as he did so.

    Izuku was pulled to his feet, Shigaraki’s hand moving to grip his shoulder threateningly. Izuku didn't dare move as the villain began to speak.

    “Why Izuku,” he practically purred, sending shivers down Izuku’s spine. “It’s been so long, I’ve heard you’ve caused quite the trouble for Tomura and his friends.”

    Aizawa looked away from him, clearly anxious about Hizashi’s staring, and the blond man’s eyes darted into Aizawa’s basket instead.

    It was filled with snacks, apples and fruit pouches, until Hizashi’s eyes landed on-

    -cat treats.

    Or, how many times can Shouta talk about his daughter without Hizashi realizing that she's not a cat. About 5 times, and the one time Hizashi actually caughts on.
