Summary
‘You’re not okay, are you?’ Dazai asked him, his voice surprisingly gentle and by far not as accusatory as Chuuya had feared.
‘Neither are you.’ he shot back immediately.
Arguing was the only way in which he knew how to communicate, even if the fact Dazai asked and seemed to care at all was further than they’d ever gotten.
‘This isn’t about me.’ Dazai replied, his thumb rubbing soothing circles into Chuuya’s thigh.
The gentle action caught Chuuya off-guard, the snappy reply he’d come up with dying in his throat.
‘It’s never about you.’ he whispered instead. If Dazai wanted to talk, then he could get it. ‘You never allow yourself to not be okay. You always put up an act and smile through the pain. Meursault is the closest you’ve ever gotten to letting that façade drop, and that was surface level at best. Maybe it fucking should be about you for once.’

Summary
Chuuya has a crush on his annoying yet attractive roommate, Dazai Osamu, but there is a slight problem. Dazai is known to be what some might call a womanizer or an absolute player. He's constantly bringing girls over or going out to girls' houses. Despite this, Dazai still finds it in him to flirt with Chuuya, teasing him and saying suggestive things. To get out his sexual frustration, Chuuya retreats to his notes app, writing various thoughts he has about Dazai, most of them being very detailed descriptions. Everything comes to a point though when Chuuya leaves his unlocked phone unattended and his roommate can't control his curiosity.
