Summary
Despite it being the school grounds, it was sort of…off. In an eerie way, something about the place seemed far away. The coloring, maybe. He’s aware that the school had been damaged before and they’d gotten replacements, but nothing new had happened since, well, a year or so, and he wasn’t even there for it. So how would he know the colors were off?
Everything looked a little neater as well. Just a little bit though, and that was because Yuuji was paying very close attention.
Like, super close. He had gotten down on his hands and knees and peered with one eye open at the blades of grass before him. Hmm, a little out of season. The weather in March was strange sometimes. This grass looked to be coming back to life. But the grass that he knew at Jujutsu Tech was already alive. Something was fishy here…
There is the sound of footsteps behind him, but he takes a final look at the grass. He’s sure that if he tasted it, it wouldn’t taste very good. Suspicious.

Summary
Sukuna loses control after regaining his true form. As a result, the entire planet is devoid of all forms of life. The only person left is Itadori Yuuji, his former vessel who he let live as a form of revenge. Even so, his defeat weighs so heavily on his soul that Sukuna finds himself questioning everything.
An old presence resurfaces from his soul, causing Sukuna to feel guilt for the first time. It pushes him to reverse what he had done to the world. Only, Sukuna has no clue how to manipulate time, so the new world he created is...different.
Yuuji's protection would be ensured, but his protectors are far from normal.
His meddling with time causes fundamental shifts in the world. People that should be dead live. Old enemies appear, but so do new ones.
Hopefully, Sukuna did not fuck up too much.
