The Ministry are demonizing vampires, preparing the country's opinions for a vote on whether they should be deemed inexcusable: beings too dangerous to live freely. Summary
After the war, Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy find themselves working together at the Ministry of Magic. Despite their rocky past, they slowly start to develop a tentative friendship. However, when they are both accidentally sent back in time to their Hogwarts years, they must navigate a world where they are enemies once again.
As they work to figure out how to get back to the present, they also start to see each other in a new light. The more time they spend together, the more they realize how much they have in common and how much they enjoy each other's company.
But with the threat of the impending war looming over their heads, they must make difficult choices about whether to try to change the future or let events play out as they did before. As they struggle with their own personal demons and the weight of their respective destinies, they begin to wonder if they can find a way to reconcile their differences and perhaps even find love in a world that seems determined to keep them apart.
Or: 28 years old Draco and Harry go back in time to their first year of Hogwarts.
