The newest Agent of the New New Squidbeak Splatoon is accidentally and inadvertently given permission to do illegal things. She never really cared about permission though, so that doesn't really matter.
It does give her an excuse to mess with the other Agents, though. And a far better testing ground for her totally and definitely legal creations.
Also Sheldon is there, he's helpful.
