Summary
Jeongguk longs for Death, his soul calling for it strongly one evening when he can’t take it anymore.
Taehyung is Death, collecting souls when their Time comes. He hears Jeongguk’s call for him on his lowest day of life, when he’s ready to give up.
The rules say Taehyung can’t interfere, can only do his duty and take souls to the other side when it’s their Time. Nothing more. Nothing less. But he feels compelled to interfere, to save Jeongguk, in more ways than one. To take a broken boy and make him whole again.
He’s Death, but he’s determined to show Jeongguk the beauty of living.
