Summary
Arthur didn’t know how to reconcile the Merlin that still existed in his head, big-eared and clumsy and glib, with the one who sat beside him, who looked at him with golden eyes, and spoke so easily of fate.

Summary
"The man portrayed here is old, very old. We know this by the wrinkles on his face, by his long beard and hair. But look at his clothing, the way he stands. He is armed, but not dressed for soldiery. He’s dressed normally, like a citizen of the medieval period as we know it. See his sword, resting tip-down on the ground. It’s like he’s holding it for someone else.” George holds his arm out and waves. “And he is clearly grieving; look at his face.”
George Brass works at a museum dedicated to Arthuriana, which hosts a very interesting statue. He has his own theories about what it means.
