“I’m not a hallucination.” Kutner says helpfully.
That’s exactly what a hallucination would say, House can’t help but think. But then he realizes his leg doesn’t hurt. It’s not the dulled pain of Vicodin either, his leg doesn’t hurt at all. Which means that maybe this really isn’t a hallucination.
“What’s Kutner doing haunting my dreams?” He says out loud. If his subconscious is trying to speak to him, they might as well talk.
“I’m a spirit.” Kutner smiles cheerfully. “The spirit of Christmas past.” He does a dorky little bow.
“ A Christmas Carol, ” House sneers, “seriously?” His subconscious really needs to come up with some original material.

Dr. Gregory House is visited by three Christmas spirits on Christmas Eve. Will he be able to see the error of his assholy ways and learn to appreciate what really matters in life?

Unexpectedly, House doesn’t say a thing. Instead, he limps over to Wilson, spins his chair so he’s perpendicular to the desk and straddles his lap.
Wilson can feel his eyes widening, even as his hands instinctively find their way to House’s waist to keep him balanced. Before he can ask what this is, House gets both hands on Wilson’s face and pulls him into a kiss.
