Summary
“I hope this is okay,” Goro says, fiddling with the cuffs of the shirt. It's nothing special; it’s white and plain, the sort of button down that every twenty-year-old guy has stuffed in the back of his closet. The light fabric hangs awkwardly on Goro’s slim shoulders—and, for whatever reason, he has it buttoned all the way up to the top.
The shirt doesn't look bad, but it looks like it belongs to another man. Akira takes a moment to swallow those implications lest he choke on them.
It's impossible not to fall in love with Goro Akechi, he thinks again, sheepish.
(Or: Goro borrows a shirt—then a hoodie. Then another shirt. Then... things spiral out of control.)

Summary
His inaugural trip to the Metaverse as one of the Phantom Thieves, and of course Goro had to run into an enemy he'd never seen before - something that caught him completely by surprise. At least he'd seem less threatening to the Thieves now...

It was October 1st. Akechi sighed as he stared at his phone, nursing his coffee at the kitchen table he and Akira shared.
“What’s the matter honey?” Akira called, as he looked over his shoulder from where he was making breakfast.
“Twitter is going to be a shitshow all month,” he shared as he scrolled his timeline.
“Why’s that?” Akira asked, setting down a plate of pancakes, before kissing his lover on the cheek, and leaning on his shoulder.
Akira took a peek at his phone screen, before letting out a soft whistle. “That’s a shit ton of Detective Prince porn. Why are fans more horny than normal?”
“It’s Kinktober,” Akechi replied, liking one of the kinkier posts. For later.

At first, Akira wasn’t sure whether or not Goro was joking.
When he came upstairs to find Goro examining the “thank you” present Kawakami had sent him, his first reaction was embarrassment, but at Goro’s intrigued head tilt, he shrugged.
A gift, he said. Mostly a joke, I think.
Goro hummed, rifling thoughtfully through the layers of fabric. It looks like it might be my size.
An interested heat flickered to life in Akira’s gut. Wanna try it on?
I have the day off tomorrow. Echoing heat glimmered behind Goro’s eyes. Maybe I’ll think about it.
Akira swallowed.
