Friends isn’t the last thing that Natalie would use to describe their relationship. They had been on the soccer team together for basically four years, countless trips and shared hotel rooms, been at multiple parties together which...Natalie tried to not think too hard about how that ended up.
They were acquaintances, teammates, friendly...sure. But friends? Not so much. Not anymore.
