Spurned at Supper?! Consortium Out of Reach for the Duke Fraldarius!
Felix stares at his name and face, splashed all over the newscart, then looks behind him, out onto the busy streets of Fhirdiad, where people are coming and going in a constant stream. No one stops to watch the sweaty, dishevelled Duke Fraldarius hovering by the daily papers.
And he is sweaty. Sweaty, and out of breath, and suddenly steaming with anger. Felix throws a coin down and snatches up a paper, shoving it under his arm as he plunges back into the crowd.
Giggling. People were giggling at him this morning, which isn’t the usual reaction he provokes from palace inhabitants.
His Majesty Dimitri Blaiddyd, was proposed marriage by His Grace and Sworn Shield, the Duke Felix Fraldarius—and His Majesty refused!
