Logan watches the trickle of scotch that spills over, the pink of Winnie’s tongue darting out to lick at it. She watches Winnie’s throat bob as she swallows, the warmth of her cheek soft and rugged against Logan’s knuckles.
Winnie’s eyes are trained on her lazily when she looks up again. Her breath fans against Logan’s hand in hot, quick pants, making the cold glass of the bottle fog up.
