Wolfwood can't stop looking at the small bangs that hang in front of Vash's face. He plans to keep that and his thoughts about it to himself. Unfortunately, Vash is smarter than Wolfwood likes to credit him for, and notices that there's been a lot more staring from Wolfwood recently. He doesn't know why, though.

Summary
Wind was a fickle thing. You could never keep it in one place once it got moving; you could never catch it. It would just keep on blowing, without a care in the world. It would travel through the leaves covered with dew in the spring, through the rain filled clouds, and not even stop for a second to consider what it has shaken in its path towards freedom. What was it trying to reach? To achieve? Nobody had the answer. All they knew is that it would keep on going forever.
This is why it was so surprising to the adventure-worn traveler when he woke up to having caught the wind.

Summary
Noriaki Kakyoin meets Jotaro Kujo a particularly low point. Literally face down in the gutter after a fight. From there, both parties want to make friends but are very awkward socially. Getting to know one another is met with several obstacles, including verbal misunderstandings and some idot frat boy with blond hair that is making Jotaro's life particularly difficult for no good reason.

Or: Jotaro is struggling after fighting Dio alone, and everything else he's been through the past 50 days. Kakyoin worries about him, all while Jotaro worries about Kakyoin.
