Honestly, Raphael can't remember the last time something normal happened to him when he woke in the middle of the night. All he wants, usually, is to get up, grab a glass of water or whatever (more likely juice or something, water's boring), and then head back to bed.
Tonight, he walks into the combination kitchen-dining room, flips the light switch on, and promptly has a heart attack.

"What is your status?" she requests, stepping back. He may be hostile now that the krang has been removed, on pure cussedness if nothing else.
He's still panting. She gives him a moment. She's about to ask again when he coughs, hunches over on himself like he's wounded—mentally she smacks herself, of course he's wounded—and says "ɹˈæf...ɹˈæf ɐlˈo͡ʊn."
Mother of muck. He has no translator.Commander Y'gythgba of the Salamandrian Armada has been leading the charge against the reemergence of that ancient enemy, the Krang. When her squad captures a strange alien off a Krang ship, she finds herself drawn to him--enough to invoke her right to claim a war-prize as consort.
Raph can't remember much about himself, after escaping the Krang. But he's met this nice lizard lady who's fun to spar with.
