Summary
Everywhere you step, everywhere you look, you see the massive cancerous tumor that is Liberty High. It's all a fucking joke; they preach acceptance and tolerance, but everyone knows it's all one big lie. Clay Jensen knows this better than any other student. It's probably why he can't ignore the student he sees sitting on the baseball field bleachers for hours at a time, wearing a hoodie. It's probably why he asks if that person is okay.
Who he doesn't expect to see as that person turns around is the tear-streaked face of one of Liberty High's biggest bullies.
But he'll be damned if he can't help.(AKA: What I think would happen if Monty de la Cruz's best friend wasn't a serial rapist who was only manipulating him.)
